Pain Management- Yoga and lifestyle

According to Ayurveda, an ancient healing system, pain can be managed by a regular yogic practice and a modified lifestyle as it calms the nervous system which is believed to be the root of any sort of pain.
a) Yoga relieves from depression, stress, helps in muscle flexibility, stamina, lowers fat, improves blood circulation, lowers bad cholesterol levels and makes the mind calm which is the best exercise to get rid from the pain. Its goal is to develop a balance of strength and flexibility within the body.
